Before Ordering

UK: 1-2 working days.

UK next day: Same day dispatch if placed before 4pm Mon-Fri.

EU: 1-3 working days.

US economy: 4-8 working days.

US express: 2-4 working days. 

Rest of the world: 2-4 working days.

All services are chosen specifically as they are trusted and reliable. Please be aware that working days only includes Monday-Friday. The times above are estimates provided by the courier and can experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that each courier will aim to meet this time frame for every customer.

We use express delivery so our products get to the customer as soon as possible and the delivery is reliable. We do not make any money on the shipping and the majority of the time lose money on shipping, we hope this clarifies our prices.

Unfortunately at the moment we are unable to deliver to these addresses, we would suggest having the items delivered to a standard address (Friends, Family, Colleague etc) 

Our products are true to size but we would recommend checking product descriptions before buying as we have Slim/Regular/Relaxed fit, so if you want a Slim to fit more comfortably we would recommend going a size up.

If there is an item you are interested in that is out of stock, make sure to sign up on the product page where it says ‘Email when available’. You will get an email when we are restocking that particular item and size. 

If you want to know a specific date, please reach out to our Customer Support team and we will provide information where possible.

All orders are currently shipped from the UK, so you may be subject to additional import fees upon receiving your order.

Canada - Any order over 20 CAD will be subject to duties of 18% and tax of 5%

USA – Any order above $800 will be subject to duties of 10% and tax of 10.30%

Australia - Any order above $1000 will be subject to duties of  10% and tax of 5%

All payments must be made before the order is shipped to you.

We also carry out additional validation and fraud checks internally.

We are a UK Company therefore our website is set to GBP£ and you will be paying in this unless you change the settings. You should have seen a pop-up on the webpage allowing you to change currency although this will not appear if you have a VPN set.

If you scroll right down to the bottom of our homepage on mobile, you will see a GBP£ button. Please press the drop down key and you will be able the select your preferred currency. If on PC, there should be an option on the bottom-right of the screen.

The actual price charged to overseas customers, if the currency is not switch from GBP£, will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.

After Ordering

Once the order has been placed, there is no guarantee that we can cancel the order but we will certainly try our hardest to cancel it for you. Please reach out to our Customer Support team straight away in order for us to help you with this. 

If we are unable to do so, you are still fine to return the items for a refund, please check out our 'Make a Return' section for more information.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking number and a link to follow the tracking. If you do not receive this email within 48 hours, please reach out to us on support@mauvais.co.uk

We would recommend checking with your neighbours, checking safe spots etc before reaching out. If the delivery still cannot be found, please reach out to us on email at: support@mauvais.co.uk so we can raise a claim with the courier.

Returns

In the event you have received a defective or faulty item, please contact us immediately with the following information:  

-        Your order number

-        Which item is damaged/faulty

-        A description

-        An image showing the damage/fault

Please don’t return any faulty items unless advised by our customer support team. We are happy to cover returns of any faulty items.

If the parcel is damaged when you receive it, please take photographic evidence and send it to our support team as quickly as possible. 

In the event that you have received an incorrect item, please reach out to us with:

-        Your order number

-        An image of the item that was received

We can then either send you correct item straight away or you can request a refund, just make sure the returns slip is filled out confirming this. For more information on how to return, please click here: https://mauvais.co.uk/pages/make-a-return

In the event of an item not being received, please reach out to us with:

-        Your order number

-        Which item was missing

-        An image of the parcel

After we have investigated the issue, we can then get the item sent out straight away, at no cost to yourself, hassle-free.

We have a returns portal which is accessible if you are returning from either the UK, US or Canada. Please follow this link: https://mauvais.intelligentreturns.net/main/landing 

If you are not from any of the above countries, you will need to send back the items to our returns address which can be found on the returns form (See Make a Return section for form) You are liable to cover these costs yourself unless the item/s you have received are faulty. In this case, please reach out to our customer support team at support@mauvais.co.uk or on Facebook/Instagram so we can assist.

*Please retain postage receipt until return has been processed

You have 30 days from the order date to return any items to us as long as the item is in perfect condition, has the tags on and remains unworn. You must ensure items are unworn with the label intact - we will not accept your return otherwise, after this process you will be refunded and you will also get an email to notify you that this has been processed. 

If the refund does not appear within your account within 7-10 days, please reach out to us so we can investigate this further.

Returns for exchange are 0 hassle

If returning via our online returns portal, simply follow the information step by step then when prompted, request an exchange. 

If returning outside of our returns portal, Please complete the returns form (Downloadable from our returns section) and ensure you have stated your order number / name / email / item you are returning / item your are requesting / size requirement. 

Please insert the returns form into your parcel and post it off to our returns address located on the returns form. 

Once your parcel gets back to us, we have a 14 day processing period where our team assess / iron and repackage your items. You must ensure items are unworn with label intact - we will not accept your return otherwise. As soon as this process is complete, your exchange request will be fulfilled and your new item sent out to you.
