EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS

Shop with confidence this Christmas with our extended returns policy. Valid from 13th November, you will have until the 5th January 2024 to return purchases made during this time. Extended returns are applicable for all of our products.
Treat the ones that mean the most this gifting season.
RETURNS POLICY

Your customer satisfaction is key. We offer a no quibble exchange or refund providing you return your garment unworn in the item's original condition and packaging. We offer exchanges/refunds within 30 days of receipt of receiving your purchase if the product you received is the incorrect size or unsuitable.

Please allow for 14 working days for us to process your refund.

Faulty Items

If the received item is faulty, please email us at support@mauvais.co.uk. Please quote your order number and full name together with details of the product and the fault. We will then provide advice on how to return your item. Please note that you must return faulty goods within 45 days of receipt.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty. If the goods are faulty we will refund you standard postage rates.

Incorrect Items

If you have received an incorrect order please email support@mauvais.co.uk, quoting your name address and order number together with details of the item received and the item ordered. Please also indicate whether you require a replacement or refund. We will advise on how to return the goods.
