Before ordering
Delivery
UK: 1-2 working days.
UK next day: Same day dispatch if placed before 4pm Mon-Fri.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail.
Unfortunately at the moment we are unable to deliver to these addresses, we would suggest having the items delivered to a standard address (Friends, Family, Colleague etc)

Sizing
Our products are true to size but we would recommend checking product descriptions before buying as we have Slim/Regular/Relaxed fit, so if you want a Slim to fit more comfortably we would recommend going a size up.

Restock
If there is an item you are interested in that is out of stock, make sure to sign up on the product page where it says ‘Email when available’. You will get an email when we are restocking that particular item and size.
If you want to know a specific date, please reach out to our Customer Support team and we will provide information where possible.

We accept all major debit and credit cards along with:

All payments must be made before the order is shipped to you.
We also carry out additional validation and fraud checks internally.
We are a UK Company therefore our website is set to GBP£ and you will be paying in this unless you change the settings. You should have seen a pop-up on the webpage allowing you to change currency although this will not appear if you have a VPN set.
If you scroll right down to the bottom of our homepage on mobile, you will see a GBP£ button. Please press the drop down key and you will be able the select your preferred currency. If on PC, there should be an option on the bottom-right of the screen.
The actual price charged to overseas customers, if the currency is not switch from GBP£, will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.
After ordering
Cancel
Once the order has been placed, there is no guarantee that we can cancel the order but we will certainly try our hardest to cancel it for you. Please reach out to our Customer Support team straight away in order for us to help you with this.
If we are unable to do so, you are still fine to return the items for a refund, please check out our 'Make a Return' section for more information.
Amendment
Once the order has been placed, there is no guarantee that we can amend the order for you, but we will certainly try our hardest to meet your needs. Please reach out to our Customer Support team, as soon as possible, so we can try get whatever you need changed for you.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking number and a link to follow the tracking. If you do not receive this email within 48 hours, please reach out to us on support@mauvais.co.uk
Delivery
We would recommend checking with your neighbours, checking safe spots etc before reaching out. If the delivery still cannot be found, please reach out to us on email at: support@mauvais.co.uk so we can raise a claim with the courier.
