All services are chosen specifically as they are trusted and reliable. The times above are estimates provided by the courier and can experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that each courier will aim to meet this time frame for every customer.

RETURNS PORTAL
Please head to our returns portal to register your return here.
For help using our returns portal please use our step by step guide below:
1. Click on the returns portal link https://mauvais.returns.international
2. Type in your order number (found in your confirmation email), along with the zip code or email address you used to place the order, and then press “Proceed”.
3. Select the items you’d like to return.
4. Pick the reason why you're returning the item to us.
5. Then choose if you'd like a refund to your account, or take advantage of our gift card option where we add 10% on top of your order.
6. We also offer exchanges if you'd like to change the size or colour of an item, or choose something else entirely!
7. Next, choose whether you'd like to print your returns label at home, in-store, take it to a locker, or book a home collection. If we've provided you with a voucher code for a faulty item or any other issue, you can enter it at this stage. Finally, press "Proceed."

RETURNS POLICY
Your customer satisfaction is key. We offer a no quibble exchange or refund providing you return your garment unworn in the item's original condition and packaging. We offer exchanges/refunds within 14 days of receipt of receiving your purchase if the product you received is the incorrect size or unsuitable.
FAULTY ITEMS
If the received item is faulty, please contact us here. Please quote your order number and full name together with details of the product and the fault. We will then provide advice on how to return your item. Please note that you must return faulty goods within 45 days of receipt.
RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty. If the goods are faulty we will refund you standard postage rates.
INCORRECT ITEMS
If you have received an incorrect order please contact us here quoting your name address and order number together with details of the item received and the item ordered. Please also indicate whether you require a replacement or refund. We will advise on how to return the goods.
